Dr. Fields - thank you. My wife had me try these and they worked the 1st night. Doing these exercises eliminates snoring or decreases my snoring by 90%. I am very surprised such simple exercises work. I do focus before falling asleep on keeping mouth closed and breathing through my nose. It has "15" months since I began the exercises. I do at least "1" of them "2-3" times daily. Some days I employ all of the exercises. I used to have apnea attacks every night. I now sleep through the night, every night. I have yet to miss a day of the exercises. At first I was skeptical. I did not see immediate results but, I stayed with it and results happened. These exercises have worked wonders for my sleep. I understand that results may be different from person to person; albeit, discipline has worked for me. If one is not disciplined, these exercises probably will not work. Do not give up, if you do not see immediate results--the exercises worked wonders for me. It is muscle training! And this is not an overstatement. This is my "3rd" post to report my progress over the last "15" months. To all of the skeptics be patient and do the work! Thank you so much, Dr. Fields, these exercises have literally changed my life!

Well it's been 3 weeks and I will say my sleep apnea AHI numbers are generally a little lower lately. I recently have changed my mask to a nasal pillow type, so that may be part of difference. I do these at night before bed along with a short yoga wind down. I'm sleeping longer each night, so perhaps. It's a combo, but I would say in general the apnea seems less intense. Hey Adam, thank you so much for these videos. My name is Ethan. I am 20 years old and struggle with sleep apnea. I am not overweight, and I am healthy. I decided to look into a sleep study to see what kind/and how bad I have it. I want to heal the root problems naturally, instead of relying on a CPAP that only treats the problem. When I find out the results of the study I will post them. This is day 1 of trying the exercises from all 3 of your videos. Along with that, I plan on exercising my lungs/ diaphragm with an O2 Trainer, blowing up modeling ballon’s, hiking, and practicing proper tongue placement by MEWing everyday with proper form. My goal is to completely cure my sleep apnea. 4-6 months from now after consistently doing these exercises along with the other training I mentioned I plan on getting another sleep study, so I can see the results on paper and shock my doctors. I will report back when the results of the first study come in, and I will check in once a month to update everyone on my progress. Here’s to better sleeping!🎉

My obstructive sleep apnea was due to a vitamin D3 deficiency. My D3 level was 8. My ND had me take 30,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 300 mcg of K2 per day. After six weeks, I noticed a difference. After 4 months, my D3 level is at 82 and I continue to take 10,000 IU of Vitamin and 100 mcg per day. I can sleep with no mouth device. I get no headaches when I wake up, and my energy level is increased so I required no coffee. My blood pressure went from 180/130 to 120/75, a nd I lost 50 pounds since I started this protocol. I get my D level checked every 4 month to ensure there is no Vitamin D toxicity level.

I tried these kinds of exercises for quite a while. They didn't help much. But using a breathing training thing like Ultra Breathe or expand-a-lung has definitely done the trick. I use it 5 minutes about three times per week, a little more often at first. I still do the tongue exercises but at least for me, without the breathing trainer, they simply would not be enough. Sweet dreams.

This has been massively helpful. Thank you! I've tried a lot of things and I still have been getting snorelab scores in the 50 -100+ range. This week I got a 9 and last night I got (unbelievably) a 1! I didn't think that could ever happen. In my case I do think it was the Occipetal lifts that made the biggest difference....straight up, leaning forward, but then with my head back just a little bit I could hear the grinding and creaking and somehow I think that's what really cleared me. So Thank you!!!

It has now been more than “9” months, since I began the exercises. I have yet to miss a day. I do them in the AM and PM everyday and quite often at midday. I am now enjoying the best sleep of which I have had in decades! These exercises work! At least they have worked for me. Obviously, all persons are a different case. As a trained musician and music teacher, I understand the merits of discipline and consistency. In order to improve, methodology and consistency are required. Please, give these exercises the time required each day. Be patient and consistent. I am not attempting to be preachy or, shaming to anyone. I am just reiterating my experience with these exercises. Thank you, Doctor Fields, this has literally changed my life! Now-if you could only provide advice on helping my (Pit bull mix rescue) Lanny, to behave on his morning walks! Just kidding!

These exercises are simply brilliant. I started waking up in a shock like state and had no (zero) idea wtf was going on, by night two I thought my life was over and then I started to learn what sleep apnea was. On day three I discovered Dr. Fields videos and the first night after doing these exercises my sleep started to improve. Now a month later, I continue to improve. I don't think my sleep apnea will ever be cured but with these physio exercises and being very careful with my bedtime routine, the apnea is no longer a serious threat to my health. One thing that helped a lot was gargling with warm salt water just before bedtime. Three rounds does the trick and use Sea salt or Himalayan rock salt - they're the purest.
