If you let the gunners grab the ammo, they will walk to the ammo box and automatically right back to their station and reload. They're out of ammo anyway so they will be useless just sitting in their seat. This way, the mechanic will be able to sit in his chair on standby for anything or do repair jobs.

Also, you can heal your crew by letting them lie in the bed. The bed is only for concious crew. Dying crew can only be revived with an aid kit. And third: Try closing your bomb bay doors. You mentioned forgetting it some times but I hate to see you die by open doors. When they're open they can be damaged, you use up more fuel and you're slower. You probably forgot because of how hectic everything is. I forgot to close the bomb bay and learned what happened the hard way. And lastly. When you're almost out of fuel. The best thing you can do is do an emergency landing before you're out of fuel. This way, the aircraft (hopefully) survives. Still gotta experience that. You're doing everything else fine. It's a chaotic game after all.

Sometimes they will be low on ammo and not completely out so by keeping them in their chair while getting someone else to reload you get a bit more efficiency. But with how bad Drae is at micro managing, he cannot really coordinate having someone else do it and so he should just use the gunners.

Drae! After bombing runs, you have to focus on tagging the enemy fighters & the waypoints. And if you want to do a real emergency landing, you have to click on it in the pilots menu. Just get familiar with the functions of the crewmembers, before you get into the action. But of course we still love seing you play it your way, even if it gets messy sometimes, so keep it up!

TIP: send the gunner themselves to go get ammo when they are out and they are supposed to grab ammo and return to turret on their own
