Why TMD is not Hydrostatic draft. Because I see draft in the Hydrostatic Table was built base on ship even keel. Its mean FD = AD = MD = TMD

TMD is hydarft when vessel is at even keel. However once the vessel trims, COF is different than mean value of draft and a trim correction or layering correction is applied. Pls have a look on part video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jnrdeKWojtNgiZY

The value of LCF is taken from hydro static table against hydro static draft. Here it is assumed to be 52 m to explain the concept. Thank you for pointing the same.
