how to clean a referenced block

This new changes is soo much shity that i stop to use DraftSight and no suport and answers to questions and problem from nowhere. In older versions when i do something on images uploadet from tiff I can work with no problems above it, now when i try to do anythink image is always selected and move around with mouse cant select other drafted lines above tiff image, it cant be done now after this bad 2018 update. DraftSight was great before with no problems, now only bugs.
