To me, dragging/reading (with love) is a form of taking “big” issues and trying to put them into perspective. Like, if someone is heavier set, they might be super insecure about their weight, right? So OF COURSE I’m gonna make fun of your weight, but with the goal of also making YOU laugh at your weight, not because I myself care about your weight. But because reading someone takes this thing that might keep that person awake at night and makes it the size of an ant. At least for a moment. Idk, maybe that’s just me.
