Ahhhh I'm so excited!! A tip, "nibbling/eating around the edges" is an idiom in Brazilian Portuguese that basically means someone who doesn't go so eagerly/hungry to their aim in order to avoid spoiling it or even not getting it. They sneak, go around and take little by little from the edges till they get what they want. It is as if they were a slow burner, seen as an underdog by others, the dark horse... It is also used to make the "enemies" not pay attention to you so you can get the core (the crown, in this case) without them noticing you.

Theme was blue, green and yellow = Brazil flag. Hellena outfit was basead in a character "Cuca" a witch half woman, half alligator from our folklore. They all nervous about being first season bc brazilians are VERY excited and expect this for YEARS, and we have a very toxic fandom with a big taste for reality shows. Melusine outfit had a band ''amor, ordem e progressso'' it means ''love, order and progress'', bc order and progress is on our nacional flag, she add ''love''. ''eat around the edges'' was a question from production, it means something like ''taking all little by little'' bc if go too hard maybe you'll lose everything. Brazil its already polarized, we between Hellena & Organzza for the crown 🤣😂

This name has became an icon when a Brazilian great actress called Renata Sorrah plays a super villain in "Senhora do Destino" a Brazilian soap opera in 2004. Hey guys, loved the video. I’m Brazilian and I’ll explain what “nibble around the edges” mean - “comer pelas beiradas” - basically means they tend to be subtle, in other words, probably appear not to deliver anything, but astonish you and make you live for them. But, it’s not a saying in Brazil, even for me who is a Brazilian, I found it weird to get so many repetitive speech regarding that. Thanks for such kind words towards our queens. To be a drag queen in Brazil is very expensive, and things there are way more expensive to buy than in the US or Europe

Eating by the edges = Flying below the radar. Another thing: here in Brazil when you want to say that someone is older than they look we say "in each leg" for example: "Hi, I'm 22 years old " Then you answer "on each leg" (it's kind of a shade)
