What killed me about this man was when, some pro teams brought him back to consult in there Pro Stock programs, they didn’t give him much room to really get the car going in the right direction... I knew then there was something not right about it either... He went from one team to another and the same results happen to everyone of them... So, no, I don’t think him helping certain teams come into racing Pro Stock and failing was all his fault... Before him this man had countless Pro Stock victories and championships... They just didn’t believe in him enough to trust him...👍🏾

I wonder how things would have developed going forward had Glidden stuck with Chrysler. It might have really helped develop their small block stuff. Their stuff was really good, but it takes people like Glidden to innovate and develop, not just engineers in the lab.

John Wilburn, hey, I agree with you 💯! That family had nothing but a vast knowledge on putting a car together from the ground up since they was racing in the Super Stock class before they crossed over... So, yeah, they were more than ready to show that whatever type of car they was gonna put their hands on, it was either gonna fly or die...👍🏾

A badass! BUT, Bob was part of the reason Engersol was booted from Pro Stock. Buddies GN was the only real pro stock on the track .
