Too bad R5 bulldozer wasn’t bought or made into a display for your scrapyard but didn’t realize it was $2500 or more as scrap. The manual road grader was a beast. Hope it sells or can be used as wall art.

I truly hope someone will see that old grader and decide it's worth preserving. If anyone has seen videos of the equipment used to construct airfields in the Pacific during WWII, they'll recall seeing similar graders being used. This one deserves to be saved.

That crawler with the bucket is very rare. Not many came with a/c.😜 As for the Adam's grader, we have a smaller version at our museum, that was originally horse drawn.

Silas get a tree puller for your skid steer you can buy them pretty cheap and then them little trees will be super easy and quick to pull out

Maybe a construction equipment dealership might be interested in the old grader. I remember also seeing a couple of real old bulldozers on either end of the property of a construction workers union hall that served as display pieces. I remember a farmer using one of thold road graders when I was a kid. My father who was born in 1915, said they were originally pulled by horses in rural areas. There was a driver that sat on the back that operated the big wheels for controling the blade. It was an iron seat like the old tractors so not much comfort in any weather.

I've been watching your videos for about a week now.... almost "binge" watching LOL! I do cringe at times with some of the cars taking their last gasp but understand, you can't save them all. Imagine being a person restoring a car, only to see one of the same cars with the parts he needs to finish his or her project going into the crusher! You can almost hear it "OMG!!!" One question I'd ask is, wouldn't it pay to have a tilt bed truck as your own to take to your auctions? That with your tilt trailer would be a great combo in my opinion but hell, my opinion and $5.00 can get you a mediocre cup of coffee too!! Great channel by the way.....

Shared your video episodes with two people. One would be interested in seeing the 55 Chevy I know it's not for sale they just lookers anyway. Also not a guy he might be interesting at grader. Interesting cleanup episode. The 4246 something like that Ford flatbed with that chunk of iron wow. Can only imagine how the old workhorse what it used to pull all in something like that. You know it sounds like it's similar to the metal square patches that they temporarily bridge bigger holes on the bridge with. I know how much those pieces bring and you must have a half-a-dozen of them in the size of that flatbed. So maybe some kind of heavy bridge construction our road & bridge district out there near you. Just an idea 💡
