I have adhd as well, and suck at remembering names. A trick that really helped me was using their name in a couple sentences when i first meet the person. Like recently someone new started work at my workplace and i had to show them around, so i made sure to use their name in the first few minutes of teaching them

I have an issue where I dislike hearing my own name and the excessive use of someone else's name. I tend associate people with their actions or reason when I meet them. Like Adam Wizard or Bob troublemaker....

Same here. Don't tell me what street a place is, I can't remember the name of any street I don't live on. Just tell me what business it's near, I know my way to places, not streets *lol*

Can't count how many times I told people "draw me a map" instead a bunch of direction Remembering stuff would be much easier if people would have sticky notes. Maybe I should carry them then
