They are shown with underwear in the original not modded game. They are naked in mine because I use Natural Bodies all in one mod which lets you get them naked if you want.

I really loved this scene I don't know why in "Inquisition" the scenes are too poor and bad, they censored everything, only the Dorian ass was shown but wasn't enough... returning to this, Alistair really broke my heart when He accepted to be the King, He told me He would need to marry and have children :( :( That's the reason I decided Him to be the one who would kill the Archdemon, I didn't want Him to marry someone else and I remember before He died He told me He loved me and his speech about being king was just for not having me close to him, to avoid the pain about death of one of us with the archdemon...
