Some things to keep in mind is that enemies scale to your level when you first set foot into an area. It's based off your main character. So if you max out your level at 25 then the enemies will also be level 25 for the whole game.( I've tested it a few times. My level 25 warrior wasn't able to plow through normal ranked enemies and would lose health as if i didnt use the xp glitch. My tier 7 gear and passives did help a bit though) by So if you want an easy playthrough then go to every area you can (which I think is at level 4 or 5 when you reach lothering to do that.) before you reach the level cap. Then go back and do the xp glitch to max out. That way you'll be level 25 fighting level 4 or 5 enemies. Also if you play as a warrior get your strength to at least 40 so you can use every 2 handed talent and your dexterity to 36 so you can use every dual weilding and archery talent. So when you get talent points to spend after your main build then you have options. And aren't like well I'm capped as a two handed warrior and talent points are useless because I don't have enough dexterity. That and just using the same abilities over and over will get boring fast.

I think if someone is smart enough to find an exploit in a video game they should be allowed to use it

Far better are the games having a "tourist" or "story mode" where you don't need to exploit glitches like those.

It takes a lot of time and patience, but it works flawless and is an awesome way to farm gold. Still works as of today. Just sucks that you can only exploit this as long as you're in Lothering since it's destroyed once you leave.

Theres an easier xp you can do to where you reach level 25 before even leaving ostagar.

You can do this... But you can also dupe infinite tomes of the arcane & physical technique to bulk up your characters any way you choose without having to worry about the lvl cap "25" this is awesome bc your enemies lvl with you, but they don't gain attributes and abilities with you... "basically you can have a mage with 60 magic at lvl 8 while all your enemies best attributes are only in the mid 20's. Same applies for all party members except for shale and your mabari. I'll explain how to hack them later in this explanation. You can buy one of each of the tomes from bohdan Fedic at the party camp, a tome of the physical technique in orzammar from the merchant right next to the diamond quarter entrance & you can buy a tome of the arcane technique from the wonders of thedas shop in denerem. All you need is 2 of each and you can dupe them both all the way to 99 ( over and over again if needed). " this is an excellent way to acquire money very quickly as well" Meaning all of your followers can gain massive amounts of free attributes and abilities from this exploit. Imagine having 2 universalist mages with access to abilities like "fireball, mana clash, glyph of repulsion, mass rejuvenation, spell might, blizzard & tempest" at lvl 7-8?? It's very possible to achieve this with the tome dupe exploit, and if you do your math right you can bulk them up right up to where they have just enough abilities that they wont glitch out once you reach the lvl cap " obviously if you give them to many tomes to quickly, they'll run out of abilities slots to acquire later in the game when they lvl up from exp. Example, let's say leliana is lvl 9, her max lvl is 24, so you want to leave 15 abilities unacquired for her to get on her own through leveling up from battles & completing quests. Warriors have almost twice as much room to grow as rogues do " because of the weapon & shield skill tree & the two handed skill tree" except for shale & your mabari" and mages by far have the largest room for growth due to their abilities only requiring high magic levels to acquire" Example : fireball requires 30 magic " no combat training needed" while critical strike from the 2 handed skill tree requires like 40 strength on top of requiring the master combat training skill" Meaning right out of the starting gate you can allow your mages to have practically instant access to all the best abilities at an incredibly low lvl, and it won't affect your ability to naturally level at all if you do your math right. Shale and the mabari are a little more complicated, since they have extremely limited abilities you're not going to want to use the tome of physical technique on them because you'll run out of abilities to acquire naturally and this will keep them from being able to level up naturally with the rest of your followers, so the best way to make up for their lack of abilities is to bulk up their attributes. The way that you do this is you head to orzammar and barter with the merchant right outside of dust town, and you want to pick up the tome of the mortal vessel from him "when activated it gives the character one free attribute point" and this tome is also exploitable with the dupe glitch. After you acquire the 1st tome of mortal vessel you want to hang on to it until you beat 3 of the main questlines Example. : the circle of magi, the arl of redcliffe & the urn of sacred ashes" Once three of them are completed you'll want to head to the dalish camp on the eastern side of the map and barter with varathorn, he will then have another tome of the mortal vessel for you & a tome of skill & sundry available at his shop for purchase, you can also acquire another tome of skill and sundry from the old dwarven tegrin on your travels to different areas. Once you have 2 tomes of the mortal vessel, take them to any shop and dupe them to 99 " this also can be done over and over again" meaning theoretically you could lvl ALL OF YOUR FOLLOWERS attributes to 1000 if you wished to " I don't recommend this because it literally breaks the game and takes all the challenge out" You could fight the arch demon in your underwear with no weapon & kill it in 3 punches on nightmare potentially" which in my opinion would make gameplay completely pointless. All that aside. Good video. But theres definitely more than one way to give your characters an advantage in this game.

I wouldn't call this a glitch technically cause its an acutly quest that you can do as long as you dont start any main missions.

You get a bit over 20 gold per stack. When turning them in (Xbox 360) I just press A, X, X, A to initiate the dialogue, skip, skip, end dialogue. It makes it much faster, especially when selling massive amounts.

Exploits are basically players discretion, you don’t have to use them if you don’t want. Game companies should focus on game breaking glitches before they patch these if they need to fix these at all. Me personally I used the glitch at Ostagar to sell the Reaper’s Cudgel, made a few thousand gold in under 5 mins

There is a way to get to 25 before that and it's getting the vials but not the scrolls then talking to duncun over and over again

This technically isn’t even overpowered since I’m pretty sure enemy’s scale to your level it’s just for people who have completed the game or for people who just want to have fun

This ain't a glitch it's a normal quest you can do at the start to help make some gold and level up abit I normally stop by about 18-20 which you should make over 100 gold and gets me the basic points and skills that is needed to help build up my characters

Sean O when you unlock the specialization on another play through it carries over to any of your new ones so if you unlocked some the first time the second time you will just already have it
