Dragon Age: Origins - Morrigan Discovers Flemeth's Secret (Flemeth's Real Grimoire)

Idk how many times I've fought and killed Flemeth. And completed the game. I'd say over 20 times. But I think there's a bug in my game. Cause the conversation with Morrigan isn't even triggering the quest to go to her mother's hut for the journal. Morrigan is literally sitting at 100% friendship and have romanced her. I've already gotten 2/3 treaties completed. Dwarves and the elves. I'm guessing I should've got the mages first. I'm starting to think my game glitched. Any suggestions would be awesome.
