which is why that's the shit ending in this game. he would never just switch and say something like that. whether he lost or not. His entire rebellion leading the elven slaves to freedom was specifically built on the fact that he absolutely refused the title of a god and hated it. he told everyone the exact opposite. for them to include an ending where he suddenly switches up and is just evil is ridiculous. the solevellan ending is the only one that makes ACTUAL sense to me.

@Madara757 It's that one (for the romanced Inquisitor) or the one where he admits he's been bested by rook. I still feel like this game could be salvaged if they did some patches and dlc.

The last ending seems more suiting, solas being bested. But it's actually not the bad ending.

Because all of it’s been building and building up to this point. Solas creating the Veil put a stopper on the Blight and prevented the Elven Gods from steamrolling Thedas. In the end, Solas creating the Veil gave Thedas the chance it needed to grow and learn, to become strong enough to effectively resist the Evanuris and the Blight when it inevitably broke free from its prison. It wasn’t a very big chance, but it _was_ a chance.

I had all options but I think I’d only do the Mythal ending if I had an Inquisitor that romances Solas since he does tell Rook thank you. He doesn’t do that otherwise. I actually really like the Trick option best.

I played inqui romance with solas and also I had option Mythal in this game but I choised to catch Solas in his own hell trap 😊 he stole my hand and I steal his freedom

Now see i know there wont be another game but if they want to expand on the secret ending then there are countless other mediums they can do it with. Books, Movies, Television. This need not be the end.

@@Northalix Important to know that they dont really Controll. They guid. They let people see the right things, they let people get the right informations to do the Things that helps the Executers. Loghain is still responsable for his actions, the Executer will likely just pushed it a little with letting Loghain know for example what orlais is planing to make him more MAD

Also, this isn’t all the ending outcomes… if you fight and are unprepared he turns your companions to stone (I think you need at least 3 companions to survive so one distracts him) & Rook ends up sacrificing himself & throws Solas own words back at him (the words he tells Rook when they’re locked in the prison). I’m not sure if there is a bad outcome for the Trick option. I kinda wonder if he would notice it’s a fake

My romanced Inquisitor Lavellan would NEVER EVER forgive Solas for killing Varric! This is so effed up! Do I have to go and start all over because I chose "Inquisitor vowed to save Solas from himself" at the very beginning or can I change the Inquisitors reaction later on? Like... She would never kiss Solas and go with him after that.

@@Madara757 I romanced Solas in Inquisition...but I lost all my respect for my own character...10 years...she is runnig after her ex...forgives all his shit just to be a couple again. Man...she has no self respect...what happend to my Lavellan? I played the ending where they left together...and reloaded to best him with the fake dagger. This ending was more fitting for my Rook

Hum, just a reminder that unlike solas the female elf inquisitor is NOT immortal so essentially going together would only mean solas watching his lover slowly dying of natural causes like the previous 5 elf gods after their dragons died

Well, time is kind of wacky in the Fade though, especially if there Physically. DAI proved this somewhat but the Inquisitor had the anchor then to bend and shift the Fade then. And, woefully only mentioned in Bellara's Romance, for Rook you were in the Prison of Regret for Two Weeks while it likely only felt like hours for them. So, perhaps one day the Inquisitor would eventually die but I think it'd certainly take quite a long time for it.

I don't know, I think there is enough evidence for people to have their own head canon about the inquisitor's mortality. Theoretically if the veil had come down, one of the things that might be returned to elves is their immortality. If she lives in the fade, with Solas, they have access to that magic as long as she doesn't cross the veil again.

Dont act like this is the first dragon age where all endings are incredibly same-y, DAO, doesn’t matter if your HOF dies or lives or who becomes the ruler in ferelden, maybe a cameo in inquisition but no story consequences. In DA2 everything you do always results in the same thing, Anders blows up the chantry and the mage rebellion starts.

"The elven pantheon was revered in the time of Elvhenan, before the humans came to THEDAS." Seeing their pantheon talking each other with human tongue was very cringe. Don't forget many of their kin still talking with their forefather language/ elvish. This really is disappoinment

Well the elven pantheon spent centuries speaking to tevinter Magisters as the dragon gods, so it kinda makes sense they are fluent in the human tongue. And it makes no Sense to speak elven to the humans, since I highly doubt any venatori deigned to learn elven. It would have been nice if they spoke elven in the memory snippets in the crossroads, or the tree dialogues between elger'nan and ghil'anain.

@@zntspluaa With "Alone" i mean "minority". The Game overall has good Feedback and good Selling Numbers. So yes, you are alone with that Opinion. Enjoy MH Wilds and let other people Enjoy games you dont like. And then everything is fine. If you are a Dragon Age Fan of the old games, i really feel sad for you. Because to see that a game you love is developing in something you dont like is just sad. And i get that. And i wished we would live in a World where everyone could enjoy it! But know it is like that, so let people alone who enjoy it. And if you want to give Critique, do it in a Adult way. "Game is Shit" isnt helping anyone. Its just expressing feelings like a Child and make people feel bad who enjoyed it.

The good ending is Rook stabbing Solas and him living in eternity knowing all his schemes, lies and betrayals were for nothing. Any ending with a scrap of mercy or happiness or satisfaction for Solas is a bad ending.
