People complain about this scene, but it is so perfect in epitomizing why the Evanuris have fallen. Because even Mythal, the best of them, is such a raging egomaniac. Being worshipped is good for noone.

I agree. Their arrogance and hubris of wanting to be gods and wanting more power and control over their own people is what lead to their fall. Even Solas fell because he thought he was always right and knew all the solutions.

This is only a part of Mythal. Don’t know if you played the game, but Mythal’s spirit was actually fragmented. The part of her that lived in Flemeth is far more patient. And wiser given all her years living on Thedas. This one, is the spirit of the god, and has been locked away by Solas for generations without him visiting her, and forced to watch the world as the Evanuris tried to take over. She doesn’t have the patience or the wisdom due to her basically representing the worst parts of Mythal, which were separated from her fragment that lived in Flemeth, and now Morrigan. The build up and lore behind, what on the surface looks like a very simple collectible and lore quest, is actually so cool. This is a very cool culmination of that. And it obviously gives you access to the secret ending

Mythal wisdom is in Morigan, when she died Mythal broke into multiple spirits, each one representing part of her whole. I forgot which one is it, but pride and wisdom go hand to hand in DA so it could be pride. Flemeths part is wisdom.

No, Mythal never had an archdemon, she did have a dragon in Inquisition but it was never tied to the Blight and couldnt "sing" to the darkspawn. She's always had the ability to turn herself into a dragon though, from Origins to Veilguard and she's always red; there's even a Dalish story of Mythal turning into a great serpent to fight Andruil when she started using "weapons made of the Void" and stole her ability to find it again.

@@NPVG2 That is not how you write an ancient elven god, a great mage of power. This sounds like something a friend would say to you when you offer them some food to test from a larger selection, not a line said by an elven goddess to a hero who is trying to convince her to do something. This dialogue is just not natural and fitting to the situation it is in, it sounds weird and out of place, as if Mythal was aware she is just stuck in a game and you need to go through an entire dialogue tree.

Ok so now im guessing you didnt play the game. The character you're referring to is a fragment of Mythal that lived in Thedas and occupying the body of Flemeth. The god in this video is a fragment of the original mythal with her own personality and temperment. Each of the fragment have different personalities since outside factors influenced. Can you imagine what that would do to someone.

How is it lacking emotion? She’s one of the Evanuris who is arrogant, angry, likely bitter seeing as her last main memory was being betrayed & murdered by her kin, and she probably is bored, as she has been stuck there for over a thousand years with someone she loves never coming to visit her. She behaves exactly as I expected. Did you play the game? It’s clearly explained that the wise fragment of Mythal was/is in Flemeth/ Morrigan which is explained in like a 10+ minute convo before you even reach this section which the player has to unlock by viewing the other 5 memories to give context beforehand.
