While I haven't tested late game performance, the open-world forest area (09:45) had similar FPS to the city. However, other biomes might see performance drops.

I saw that this game requires an update to the BIOS for Agesa 1.2.0.7. I know that Lenovo has not pushed any updates to gen 6 laptops (your model). Did the game simply work for you?
