yes, those are evanuris (matches up with some images we have in other games) basically from what i gather, rook interrupted the ritual just like inquisitor interrupted a ritual and made things worse game informer basically says 'the evanuris' prison was failing' so rook interrupting things likely released them instead of what solas was going to do because he looks shocked

I am not sure if you have played DAI DLC, but it is very unlikely that Flemeth will show up.
