As much as scars and missing eyes make for a more rugged look, it makes no sense on a Namek, since they have regeneration that repairs even missing limbs. Seems like they forgot to watch the original Dragon Ball series or the manga, since the Mafuba was created by Master Mutaito to seal Piccolo, not Piccolo, Kami or any other Namek. Not that that is surprising, since this feel nothing like Dragon Ball and is closer to Justice League than anything from the Dragon Ball series that isn’t called “Dragon Ball Evolution”.

Deliverance is why I’m disappointed in Daima. I feel like dragon ball doesn’t need any more long running shows we need stuff like OVAs and Deliverance. (Even heroes just toned down a bit). Fan service with excellent writing and lore.
