Yamcha was a bandit who turns around in less then a week after meeting her. Oolong was a perverted piglet. He's literally nine years old at the start of Dragon Ball. Tien was Anti-hero at worst. He was an antagonist but not a villain. She didn't trust Piccolo till the Namek Saga but she trusted his 'I'm helping you because I get to be the only villain on Earth' spiel. Vegeta is the only oddity but even then, once she realised he wasn't going to kill her at some point on Namek, she turned the Sass on him more then a few times.
