He’s still insane man. The combo potential, utility of gauge fufillment, death and green card, and his main for all allies restoring hp for a minute is really good with characters who “tank” well or heal alot like super 17 does; thus helping sustainability a lot. Definitely one of the greatest releases of 2023!😤

I’m waiting for the og LF cell zenkai so I can reboot my 3x Zenkai’d mono purple team with the two of them and whis that absolutely cooked. Not only would they now be 4x buffed and og cell modernized, but I would prolly boot whis for super 17 and get protection from yellows as well as be able to run the androids co-op equip.

If ui was 3-4 tiers above the rest of the game then sure but considering no one thinks of him as top 1 I don’t see how this is an issue. If ur getting caught by ui with cell most matches that’s a skill issue
