This song plays when you fight level 200 Goku as it truly feels like the finale of the game cause Goku is soo op he is able to dodge all your attacks and all his super attacks are equal to that of ultimates making him broken so when this plays as you fight him it's perfect to build up the fight

You can also just unlock it by collecting the dragonballs, and wishing for him, either that or you need to collect stars, by playing story mode battles in hard mode and completing the battle condtions, and then buy them with stars.

this game is amazing it's not better but an acceptable game too bad it doesn't have others characters like: Nail,Pikkon,Cui,King Cold,Mecha Frieza,Videl,Hercules,Saibamen,Cell.Jr,Majin Buu's Soldiers,Supreme Kai,Kibito,Gohan from the Future,Great Sayamen 1 and 2,Dabura,Evil Boo,Ultra Boo and Super boo with Piccolo absorbed And solo movie characters: Turles,Lord Slug,Cooler/Metal Cooler and finally Janemba At least these characters should be in the game and I like Goku ssj vs Broly and in the end he becomes ssj 2 It's very beautiful and it would be interesting a What If of Trunks become ssj 2 and have the majin Boo saga and also Bardock become ssj Sad that you didn't have 😔🤧 likee and bye!
