@@edulucifer Early piccolo has explosive Demon wave which is not clashable. I used Kid Buu's Kamehameha cause he did that in the anime. Was going more for the accuracy.

there are a lot of things missing, possibly because the development of the game had a strict deadline because they wanted it to release on the same day the first episode of dragon ball daima aired. its possible we get them in the future but idk

This game is good but truly needs a lot of polish. Like why when 2 characters are clashing beams they put them automatically in the air? Even the poses are meant to touch the ground. And it happens with fusions too

I never even noticed that. What I did notice and I find way more disturbing is when you hit your opponent with a ultimate key attack when he's either in the air or even underwater (while you're above the water) the explosion always plays out on the ground where both characters started off the match but never where you actually struck him. That error wasn't even present in the Summer Games Fest demo from 4 months ago.

It actually does that with nearly every cutscene move. It moves the two character models to a set position in whatever map they’re in and plays the animation there. You can even see characters with auras and the path they went to get to the set position, it doesn’t look good either.

But I understand they did it like this because of the new Clash controls... but I don't like the new Clash controls so I just don't like it (?) First DBZ game I don't like clashing beams

For being a modern game it is truly a great game. You can clearly see it lacks polish but it is still a great game as they actually used their resources and time focusing on what the people actually wanted. Now it just needs some polishing the edges with just adding more maps, new characters and cleaning it up a bit more that’s it. Best dragon ball game ever because it is a modern bt3. Bt3 would be better but the graphics are outdated

I will miss that moment clashing beams really close to the enemy, like, real close, when both had to do the step back to attack and both were into the light... I can't Belive BT3 has better clash beams... Beautiful graphics, but... It doesn't have that beautiful feeling

One thing I compared this game to BT3 was how during literally all the clashes on this game, the characters are moved to the middle of the map, whereas in BT3 they stay IN POSITION 😭 doesn’t bother me ofc but I just noticed it

Yeah I wish they would stay stationary too. I mean Jackie/Roshi and Kid Goku's beam struggle was on the ground. They couldn't even fly in that fight. It especially doesn't make sense for Kid Goku

Cause PC mods have done split screen with the other stages. That’s why it lags (and why you can only do in on the Hyperbolic Time Chamber normally).

I personally would have preferred the beam struggles to similar to what we had in budokai 3 but at the scale of what it is in sparking zero. I liked the spinning of the analog stick because I didn’t have to look away from the animation…that being said I’d like to watch the beam struggles from the same POV rather than change to each characters individual POV.

Man when it punched it reached a big numbers but now it's very hard to find a match I sat for 20 min to find a single match which made me sad I like the game don't take me wrong but it miss alot! The only issue in beam clashes is its only in 1 position.. when beam clashes are on land or the other player is on land and the other is flying it gets teleported in the air.

triggering ultimate beam struggles against CPU in battle is really exhausting. they'll never do their ult blast from long range. Beerus is the only one who'll spam his blast/ult blast without needing to get closer, so he's my only sparring partner for it.

Beam struggle suck ass in SZ. Your character was in the ground and beam class, your character was in the air. Suck ball laziness from the developer. Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi 3 did best.
