Its perfect cell form is like the name suggest... Perfect. But this one is pretty good as well. I really like that imperfect cell doesnt immediately poses a significant threat the moment it got introduced. It starts out pretty weak, but it slowly got stronger alongside the Z-Fighter.. Cell effectively uses the little time the android 17&18 give it when they got all Z Fighter's attention.
