Yeah, when Goku goes Blue in the demo footage his hair suddenly stops having any animation. He does in Base, and Vegeta has wavy hair in both Base and Blue so it's just a bug as of that demo. There's other mistakes in the demo too, like when you see it cut, its because Goku's flown out of bounds. During Goku's intro he's hovering over the ground and you see a moment where his eyes look forward instead of towards the camera. Vegeta's eyes don't blink at all, etc. It's just an old demo, probably many months old. Very likely will be fixed.

Right and o ok i didn’t notice the out of bounds part and when goku take damage in base his shoes changed then back when he goes blue

I feel like we could keep the wavy hair but make it wave around a lot less

The demo is an old build so maybe they fixed that issue already
