I was lucky enough to find a copy online I didn’t pre order on purpose coz I wanted a physical copy for my ps5 but thank god I was fortunate to cop it since they are legit sold out everywhere for obvious reasons we breaking records lads top grossing🎉

I pre ordered from Amazon and when it arrived it didn’t have any codes so I contacted customer support and apparently because it doesn’t mention the pre order bonus on the website then I can’t get it

Ok guys please help, I pre-ordered the game on Amazon, the standard edition, I don't have any code, the only one inside the box was to unlock some wallpapers on the Bandai website, how can I get the pre-order characters? Amazon sucks

@@Andre_666 Had another commenter say the same thing. Looks like Amazon responded that because it wasn't said in their product description or page anywhere, customers can not get it at all from them.
