By the time Caulifla reaches things like SSB, SSBE or UI, Vegeta will probably have something like MUI Royal Hakaishin form, while Goku will have found a way to further make MUI broken, by mixing it with his Saiyan transformations, getting BMUI (Beyond Mastered Ultra Instinct or SSJMUI), which is MUI amped by SSJ 50x or even further, not to mention MUI GOGETA. Caulifla won't reach them any time soon bud, so yea. They are and will be the strongest Saiyans in Dragon Ball, excluding Broly, who if he got God Ki on top of LSSJ, would be pretty overkill.

Because Dragon Ball isn' that great of a series from a writing perspective lol. It's clout mainly comes from the transformations and battles, not it's story telling or world building. I mean just compare it to Naruto, it's a joke really. You don't watch/read Dragonball for plot or story, you read it for hype ass fights and new forms. That's why these fan fics appear so much better, because the authors actually take the time to write out a great plot that's not just one dude punching another dude for five minutes.

This better not be referring to just Super cause aside from the OG dragon ball which is pretty much the same. DBZ, DBGT and DBS all from a certain perspective don’t have a good story/plot line and all of them are just a consistent ladder climb where a new form/power is required and older forms become nothing in the presence of the new antagonist. For example super sayain from Namek fails to compete with that of the Androids and Cell so an evolved/enhanced version is required. Then SSJ2 is needed to beat the arc boss know as Cell. Here comes Buu saga now SSJ2 is achieved by multiple fighters and is instantly getting slapped against that of Majin Buu in multiple occasions such as Vegeta vs Majin Buu (twice) and Gohan vs Majin Buu. Heck in the Sayain Saga to Namek. Goku’s base form alone couldn’t handle/beat Vegeta so he needed the Kaio Ken despite being a technique to win. As for the Namek saga Kaio Ken became something so powerful in that last arc but ineffective against the main antagonist know as Frieza hence the birth of SSj.

I think if the Moro arc gets animated that they should include a conversation of this somewhere. Like when Goku is told to bring Moro in alive so when he gives Moro the opportunity to recover and go to Jail or get put down again. Then Moro starts fighting again that’s a situation I feel should trigger Vegeta to intervene and tell Goku he shouldn’t of followed Galactic Patrols orders and took his earthly side into consideration. Naturally I know it’s on Goku’s instinct to spare people but given he was told to bring Moro alive by others not of earth residency except for maybe Jaco. Especially since Vegetas character has also grown through TOP to take his pride and use through the means of family rather then in himself.

Universe 6 and 7 Saiyan canon counterparts: Goku = Caulifla Vegeta = Cabba Brolly = Kale Picollo = Hit P.S It's not because his personality is like his or like him. Nope. If you've watched Dragon Ball Super series up to the very end, you should see how they are attached to their counterparts and how they view combat as a Saiyan. There might be similarities with personalities but it's not the main distinguishing factor of which counterpart it is to them.
