I recommend for the best use of the spirit bomb use a throw then right when you throw him immediately start charging and when he gets to your desired distance, light em up

it's useful if you know when to use it. it's not chargeable, it's automatic time. you should knock down your enemy and charge it and fire when they get near. on glacier, you stand on your starting side with your enemy starting automatically far away and charge enough for the attack. they you use it and throw it as a surprise attack when they get close enough to lock on. it's pretty good when you know how to use it

It's really usefull if you know how to use it. And it's not a charge attack. If you release it after an hour it will do the same damage as it would after releasing after a second.

I know a couple of them are gained through the story. You should unlock them during/after the Demigra Saga. A few of them are unlocked through PQs. I don't have the exact numbers atm, sorry. But it's either the PQs where you fight them and they get back up as Evil Possessed, or they just are Evil Possessed. I'm pretty sure the 6 you fight during the main story are unlocked from the story, but the others are PQs. I'm not entirely sure cuz I had a few of them after the main story, then just randomly saw that I had more lol.

Like most attacks that require time to charge in the game its only real use is vs the computer OR if you can hold back and take up a "sniping" position in a vs match. The latter rarely works as usually everyone stays on their marks to avoid that exact scenario. Still, if you can manage to separate yourself from the pack while someone else takes on 2 or more opponents it can be a reasonably effective strategy, though usually it'll only work once or twice before someone comes after you. But really you shouldn't be using charge attacks at all online, as cool as they look and as much damage as they do they just leave you far too exposed. The only place you can truly make consistent usage of them is in PQ whether online or not, because unlike a real person the computer never learns its lesson and as long as you remain separate from the pack you can hurl charged shots at them all day long. It's one of the games unfortunate weaknesses, all of the most iconic abilities are virtually useless against real people because they leave you exposed for far too long.

The stagger resistance only apllies for the charge up. as soon as you have the power in your hand, the stagger resist is gone. Also, your Spirit Bomb does VERY LITTLE damage! I only have 32 Blast Super Points on my human but it does insane damage for a super for me o.o

It's not chargeable per se. to fire you just hit heavy attack I think and he'll throw it and it'll bounce. The holding it is just aiming. There's no charge time

If 28 is the one where you have to deal with Cell Jr, then I had some trouble with this one as well. There's a part of the cliff face you can destroy with Ki blasts. It will let you into a cave that has the Dragonball in it.

Take a break from the story to do parallel quests and come back stronger, being mid to high 40s will make the fight easier. Also try getting a better ultimate, final flash helped me a lot for the that saga.

That is the Cosmic Outfit for Frieza Race. Not 100% sure how you get them, but I do know you don't have to unlock them with Frieza Race. I unlocked them with my first character which was a Majin. You just need to be a Frieza Race character to actually wear it. Also it costs 200K Zenny a piece.
