Yup, only movie where he got even a hint of respect was that epic cathartic beating he gave Frieza in Resurrection F, but even then he got bloody kill-stealed by Goku. He also did get some excellent sequences in the new Broly movie, and even though once again Goku hijacked the fight, he actually still had more in the tank when Goku took over, so he never actually lost (if anything Goku took a bigger beating than Vegeta, shockingly).

Sure, he got his ass beat, but Goku did as well, and the fight with Cooler until that point was a joint effort, with both of them getting the kill. Even after they get captured, they both overload the machine, and while Goku is the one to ultimately kill Cooler, Vegeta bails him out so he can do that in the first place. And there's also Fusion Reborn. Again, he gets his ass handed to him, but not more than Goku, and he plays an integral part in achieving victory here too.

Well it was also because he saw this tournament as a big joke as well. Honestly if the movie was movie length it would of been more interesting if Piccolo was like “Come on Krillin you can do better than this. Where is the martial artist that put me on guard and take him seriously. So please stop embarrassing both of us and take this fight seriously!!” That’s one of the problems with some of the original movies because of their short running time and they were used as promoting/recapping DB and DBZ arcs they didn’t really have the potential that the new movies had. Also if you thought TFS put a lot of work into making Brolly the way it was with its footage, Bojack was gonna be much harder cause it’s mostly fighting and anything that could be interesting they don’t do much with or focus on it long enough. Basically Bojack is a meh movie at best which is why I can understand that it broke TFS’s back, also how Buu would of been like that too, but 20 times worse.

Besides this being uncanceled, the little Easter egg I like in this movie is that Mai, Shu and Pilaf are all cards in this. Also, this is almost spot on from TFS. Then again, TFS was almost spot on from the original, which is fair. Great job guys!

Loved this! Obviously it wasn't quite at the production level of TFS but they had been working on DBZA for 10 years at that point, so that's not a shot at you. And you did an incredible job matching their writing style, pacing, editing. This was a truly lovely tribute. Something I learned from watching TFS Director's commentary of DBZA, is that Scott regrets not having background music in the early episodes. Scenes are super quiet, and I would say if you recut this with a little more background music consistently throughout the video, it would sell this even more as the "Uncancelled" Bojack movie we ever got. If you feel so inclined, because this is great as is and it seems like others are loving it too! Great title also!

[The additional voice actor contact info is still down below, I just wanted to address videos on this channel going forward] I'm honestly not sure why this video is doing so well, especially now, but I am going to address this here before there's a larger surge in views since a lot of people didn't watch the credits and I don't have a community tab. I have no intention of continuing TFS's DBZA. Much like how Ep60 was TFS's love letter to Dragon Ball, this was my love letter to TeamFourStar for all the hard work they did creating a fantastic abridged series that spanned over a decade and to wrap up one last plot point that was set up in Episode 5. If you liked the video, that's great. If you didn't, that's fine as well. Your opinion is valid. Either way, thank you for watching. And attempting to tackle a TFS Buu Saga (which would be 30 episodes minimum, not counting the movies) for a channel with only one permanent member who does this in his free time with a very limited budget would be very taxing. Even if the writing potential is there, the editing certainly isn't (specifically audio). I'm not even sure if my editing skills will reach early Season 3 TFS, let alone how well edited Ep60 was. Doing this for one parody was a neat experiment, but constraining the writing and acting for, currently, volunteers to be "Hey, just be TFS" for an entire series would lead to rapid burnout. Some have suggested just doing the movies, but let's take the next movie, Broly: 2nd Coming, as an example. The only returning TFS characters in that movie are Krillin (who shows up for a minute), Goku (who shows up for a scene), and Broly (who, according to TFS lore, has devolved into only saying one word). At that point, I might as well do my own thing (I know Gohan is also a returning character, but most people agree that he changes significantly from how he is as a child). At the end of the day, I'm not TeamFourStar, and that's okay. Once again, thank you for watching and giving this video a chance. Hopefully one day, I'll make something you'll enjoy that's not TFS or Dragon Ball related. It has some really heavy audio-inconsistencies though in terms of volume, which made it painful to watch with headphones on (crowd screaming around 12:00 in example is too loud in comparison to overall dialogue volume i think.) @@ihavenonamestilldonthaveon8970 well they were dealing with a lot in those 10 years of making the abridge series not not mention their constant fights with Toei and Funimation for copywrite claims. After a while along with all the other bullshit they had to deal with during production and you'd get sick of it too. But in all honesty, I'm glad it ended where it did. DBZ as a whole felt complete with the end of the Cell Games and the Buu saga, while having countless memorable moments, was a narrative nonsensical nightmare of a story and felt unnecessary, at least to me. They way the abridge series ended was the same way I wanted Z to end, Goku moving on and passing the torch to Gohan. It was fitting.

I honestly would've loved a storyline showing Gohan with a form of PTSD from the Cell fight and how he'd act otherwise, scaring friends at times, always blaming himself, etc. However he would get back into training because he'd know he was needed and ended up super saiyan 3 but berserk mode like usual and unable to hold it as long because he's alive vs. Goku being dead and aloud back for the day. So easy to give the buu saga better writing. I am still grateful for this movie abridged or normal holding on last time for Gohan to be the natural direction things were going in. Also that we got Bojack abridged because this was done very well.

The first part of what you said is already embedded in Gohan. They never say it, but he already behaves and acts that way. He gains a ridiculous boost in power when he goes in to his fits of rage. He always blames himself and either needs Piccolo or his father to motivate him and in Cell’s case he powered up when Android 16 told him too. His character may already have it, but it’s never seen as PTSD in the show, if that makes sense

@@leonardomichua No, the show seems more in line with him having PTSD from fighting the ginyu force and getting his neck broken with Saiyaman instead. I enjoy the buu saga don't get me wrong but the show took a downhill spiral and DBS certainly didn't help it just made it like 100x worse-at least he got mystic in DBZ. I didn't really want Gohan to defeat Super Buu in that moment that easily but all the fusion stuff was out of control. Vegito is just annoying, and was basically useless (for any outcome basically filler way more so than Gotenks) in Buu Saga and Super. Gogeta was always the superior.
