Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 cheat codes : Frieza uses his Ultimate move in base form to defeat Bardock

Normally, Frieza can only do his Ultimate when he has reached his final form and 100% forms, but with cheat codes it is possible to make him able to use it when he is in base form or when he is transformed in his 2nd and 3rd forms.
My pnach files for Budokai 3 have been updated with theses new codes, so everyone can use them:

Dans le jeu vidéo Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, Freezer peut normalement utiliser sa technique ultime "Boule de la mort" que quand il a atteint sa forme finale et son mode 100%.
Mais grâce à des codes, il peut utiliser cette technique quand il est dans sa forme de base ou quand il est transformé dans ses formes 2 et 3.

Interesting how the shoulder blade remains static and somewhat glitchy-looking when Frieza moves his arm up in the first form, but correctly moves up in the third. This does make me wonder wether it would be correct on the first form model that was actually used in game.

How do you play Different Arenas on Budokai 1 with All of them I tried to select the Costume 1, Costume 2, and Costume 3 and I don’t know how to play the Cell Games Arena and Planet Namek Arena… it’s not letting me no more… Please Help…🙏🏼❤️🥺😢😔😥

The codes to start the characters already transformed are different (and long) codes. They aren't available yet. But theses codes which allow characters to do their ultimate in all of their forms have indeed been made with theses codes in mind (so base form characters and semi-transformed characters can use more super moves, even when or if they can't transform during the fights).
