When you really think about it, this is the first time the players have ever fought Towa and Mira as the Z Fighters. In every other game (Xenoverse, DBO, DB Fusions, and DB Heroes) you would always fight him as some kind of player avatar, usually customizable. Here, you fought him as the actual Z Fighters. Sure, Goku helps you fight Mira at the end of Xeno 2, but this game takes place BEFORE that game. So this is the first time Goku ever fights him! And it actually does explain why Goku comes to help you at the end of Xeno 2 instead of your mentor...

Commenters complaining about Towa and Mira being here but like... that's the thing, canonically they're not supposed to be. This is just like Gohan running to get the recipe for the meal for Chi-Chi to prepare after Nappa and Vegeta are defeated. It's essentially filler. HOWEVER From the perspective of Towa and Mira it's between Xenoverse 1 and Xenoverse 2, used to serve as an explanation to the player for how Mira regained his physical form between those 2 games. From the perspective of the Time Patrol, they need not interfere because Goku and the rest of the main cast can fight them on their own and win, so the timeline stays in tact, Goku and co get stronger and nobody needs to interfere.

First playthrough I was around your level and he was tough. 2nd playthrough I did all side quests as well as did the training community board as high as possible throughout the game and my Goku, Gohan and Vegeta were level 105-115 and it was pretty easy. I beat all the villainous enemies a 2nd time with the help of full course meals and Mira didn't come for a rematch, I was disappointed. But I love the game and glad I didn't burn out on other DBZ games. This was only my 2nd dbz game. I actually got all trophies cause it was pretty easy.

@@GiorgosAigio96 I don't think its so much a tribute but a story explanation for how Mira went from being turned to paste in xenoverse 1 to back to full strength in xenoverse 2. As for them being made canon because of this along with 21? Eh? Who knows, these two have always been in their own weird pseudo-canon with Dragon Ball Online. Maybe Toriyama made them canon? Maybe this is just the beginning of some weird Dragonball multiverse with the games that's a seperate canon from the main anime.

I don't understand why people are so upset with this. These are actually original characters that have some relevance. Like you already know how tf the game ends because its the same story we've heard & seen dozens of times.
