The better was when they stumbled into Omega shenron. I was chuckling at their future despair. I made sure to grind for like 4 plus hours before I did that fight!!! Along with having 12 of the Masters completed to get their fighting styles!!!

The capsules are numbered by default, there was an episode of Dragon Ball where Bulma stopped at a store to restock her capsules, and she asked for specific numbers. Now what the numbers ARE is inconsistent in the show, but we'll put that on the fact that Toriyama forgets EVERYTHING. They also have different colored stripes, which I imagine serve a second identification: Like blue is vehicles, red is housing, yellow is object storage, as an example. So Blue 3 and blue 7 could be a car and a motorcycle

As of right now, SSJ1 YAMYAMM can theoretically beat the Great Ape, but YAMYAMM himself can't in his base form, or has yet to prove it to us. Now Great Ape (which I assume is just Great Ape Gohan) may have been training and his power level rose, but we need more parts to figure out this great chart.

Honestly, story power levels aside because the game is bullshit power fantasy in terms of story ANYWAY, the real problem isn’t the characters they chose, it’s the unfair fucking mechanics that most of the time are luck based

Simon Belmont minus the giant fights, this game can be really easy if you abuse the AI. A lot of them have patterns and rarely change. Never use the evade or block option always chose counter cause it is always button mashing and wastes their move, even if it’s an ultimate, and you damage them. And finally the biggest way to make this game easier is to always fly directly above the enemy and circle around while shooting blasts down on them (I can’t remember if it is light or heavy). They rarely fly upwards (but do go down if your below) most of the time they can’t hit you from their ( just block if they can) and as long as you don’t make it combo you basically win the fight.

I was literally thinking about Baby being the next boss because it was all I could remember from after the Piccolo fight. You can't imagine the _hours to days_ I wasted trying to grind for the battle and still utterly failing, the amounts of Dodorias and Zarbons I defeated prior to this battle could probably cover the entirety of Kami's lookout. I really wish I could give some tips on the battles, unfortunately though it has been multiple years and I barely remember anything about the game other than some of the plot points. I would love to help you with the Omega Shenron one, I remember that one taking me at least as long as the first great ape, which I did prior to Piccolo.

24:20 when ur at the top of the map in blast range, it's easily the best spot to charge ur ki like that u can escape from enemy chain combos and have options for if they get to use a super attack if u kno how to maneuver in melee range, it's possible to charge there too but be careful cuz it takes like a milisecond to stop and ur opponent can just dash right towards u and attack reeeal quick Also, if u wanna get behind ur opponent easily in melee, consider waiting for them to start that dash maneuver and then trying to dash towards them to attack as well Usually, for me atleast, resulted in me hitting them from behind

They need to go to the versus Mode. There, the SSJ is treated as a different character so you can equip a different aura. It Works in hero Mode.

The game is pretty fun when you know when to block and know a few more of the mechanics. For example having more power up let's you teleport and counter when mashing the buttons to get out. I always like to keep that up to at least counter. And when your trying to end a fight fast spam techs.

The Baby Great Ape portion is what broke me on this game. With the whole relegating energy and melee attacks to different "zones", and the tediousness of having to repeat the same stuff every time you lost to the giant golden pain, the game was no longer fun. Nice character builder, but the fighting mechanics were were terrible.

I will say as a tip the only way to escape a combo is to have some ki you have to charge in battle you can usually get a decent amount at the beginning of the match

One trick I use is to always have enough ki to counter-attack, because it's basically the best defense option since it only requires a mashing mini-game, and negates all the damage the enemy would do plus dealing some back to them

Totally learn Dirty Fireworks from Vegeta. Watching a character zoom up to their enemy and blasting them at point blank is beautiful.

once you figure it out (especially by doing the grind heavy training) you learn that every character has a preference. Yamcha will almost exclusively use light attacks, and Nappa will almost exclusively use heavy attacks. Knowing that you can mash light attacks against Nappa and Heavy against Yamcha and they will almost never defend, while you can almost always defend against their combos. The only real exceptions I remember are like high-tier characters like Gogeta, Vegito or Shenron who will have a cycle, they don't adapt to how you fight against them. If you combo them with heavy attacks, expect them to use heavy attacks next time and and use light attacks. Make sure your spirit bar is full so you have an option against their supers, and I found when I was younger if you flew up directly above the enemy, there's just nothing they can do. That's where you can spam charged shots, or charge up your ki.

22:32 is there a block button? yea B, but good luck timing that. you just have to hold down the button. you don't have to time anything. also, about the ki blast tracking, all ki blasts track like that. ironically, Omega Shenron's x button ki blasts are one of the worst because the first couple vollys are so wide spread that they will only hit you if you're approximately 50 miles away.
