Lou streets if you do liu kang forward 4 into mavado crab while they are blocking you and plus and can forward 4 again into combo or grab or launch them into combo.

Mids are important bc it enforces your offense, they have to block it , a good mid is something that is relatively quick like Johnnys knee or something that advances forward
