You should go back and drill a fist sized hole, point a flashlight in there. Shouldn’t be too hard the wall wasn’t thick

Elymus elymoides, desert grass, at least a blade of it creating a Parallax effect. Can be easily seen in the first few frames, then followed right into field of view. For those that are not aware, you can advance yotube videos one frame at a time with the "." period key, or rewind one frame at a time with the "," comma key. Interesting hole, bore scope?

That looks very interesting. Can you apply a stabilizer filter to the video to give a better view of rock and the hole? It looks like there is something sticking out of the hole at the top at 0:19, maybe it's some kind of insect or spider hiding there? Did you shine a flashlight into the hole to see what is inside or behind it?

There are definitely a few species out there that have that style eye, reptiles , felines etc. but there is a lot of other information surrounding this cave that leads me to believe it’s a sort of reptile
