Dragon fruits are deliciously sweet, fleshy fruits that grow on a tropical, vining cactus plant.
Without proper maintenance, it has the habit of growing in every direction and creating quite a mess of vines.
Therefore, the base of the trellis system needs to be secure in order to control the soil and manure erosion.

@@gregoriosmith6994 The pipe is originally covered with used cloth or sacks. The heat will be minimum. Once the dragon fruit climbed the pipe, it will be shaded.

No. That's not a good idea. It can burn any plants. You need to use composted manure.

Dragon fruit needs direct sunlight, watering during summer months and animal manure as fertilizer. Check also the acidity of your soil.

1) Size ng post ay 5"x5"x7'. 2' ang depth sa lupa 2) Spacing ng dragon fruit cuttings ay 20" (500mm). Spacing ng poste ay 3m (10') 3) More than 2 hectares pero isang portion lang ang dragon fruits. The rest ay other fruit bearing trees. 4) Kahit anong variety ng dragon fruit pwede.

@@jayjalocon5800 Hindi ideal na may damo sa base ng dragon fruit kasi ma absorb ng damo ang nutrients from the fertilizer. Pero kung ang intent ninyo is to control soil erosion at hindi ang nutrients ng fertilizer (either synthetic or organic), you can proceed to do so.
