Ever since Monsters, Inc. came out, people have been wanting a coaster themed around when Mike and Sulley are riding around on the doors. This would be the perfect ride system for that.

Such an underrated ride! I was not expecting Dragon Gliders to be my favorite in the park, but it just does such a great job utilizing its ride system, telling a fun and compelling story with beloved characters from a wonderful franchise.

This ride (and this entire theme park) is just what Phoenix, Arizona needs. No one wants to wait in a queue when it's 114 F / 45 C outside, no matter if it's in Dubai or Arizona.

they are building a arthur clone at a new park in mexico so that'd be somewhat closer, but i'd still be wary on heading to it once they open.

This would have gone so well at Epic Universe, even if it used a different theme. Kind of the perfect Universal ride system. I’m surprised they didn’t do something like this, given they are building another coaster by Mack rides in Stardust Racers.

Still waiting for the on ride reaction of this other Mack coaster ... you know ... the 2024 new insane one 😂 But apart from that I agree that this Inverted powered coaster from Mack has so much potential, hope to see some more of those ... just a shame that Universal did not theme it to max in their Beijing franchise. Mack is just very innovative with their ride systems ... can't Wait for their first rocking boat to open (maybee the creature of the black lagoon as the first epic universe expansion) or the trackless system they made for their eatdrenalin Restaurant

I'm just looking at this as a loose preview for what the Isle of Berk land at Epic Universe is gonna look like. Sure, the rides there won't be using this exact ride system, but it still should be close enough in regards to the theming and atmosphere to be worth comparing.

for sure! the biggest difference really will just be the time period in which the lands take place. Motiongate's is Berk in the 1st movie, Epic Universe's is Berk in the 2nd movie

Seeing how well themed this ride is makes Jurassic Flyers even more disappointing by comparison. They had the prime opportunity to do nothing but have that ride fly by and through lots of rockwork with simple pterosaur and dinosaur animatronics for the riders to look at, which shouldn't be all that expensive, and they cheapened out even on that,

@@CoasterStudios That's good to hear! I have read that that the UAE hasn't prosecuted anyone for LGBTQ activity since 2015. I just wish it not be something to need to think about, especially since it's still officially illegal.
