Well it was all dead accurate so we are here to talk about it.

Well here we are then, So what is next? All in all I am just so excited to have finally played the sequel and to know that there is very likely more on the horizon.

So would you say that the Arisen of DD1 unaliving themselves caused that chain to break and thus the cycle we see in DD2 was the replacement? And DDON is the replacement for the cycle that was broken in this game?

Essentially, Yes. Though there wasn't an actual Cycle in DDON as far as I am aware. But worlds ending due to the Arisens actions... Are... I am quite sure central part of the series as a whole. That said which Arisen that is.... DD2 has already openly shown many Arisen in the story. Will or not the game didn't specifically mention if they still have Arisen abilities or not. All that is needed is a Dragon and any individual to make an Arisen after all. And there isn't any limit to how many Arisen a Dragon can make from my understanding.

@@Zappieroth Seems like with each new cycle, or dogma on which the world survives, a variable is removed due to the major Arisen's actions. The seat of Seneschal is removed and seemingly replaced by the Pathfinder, more of a permanent lapdog than appointed steward, eliminating the variable for the Seneschal to make their own decisions. Then, assuming DD2 is a direct prequel to DDON, the whole cycle is tossed in favor of having Dragons rule and make Arisen as sort of an honor guard/royal knight position. And afaik DDON ended without a major regime change, but it also was cancelled before actually ending the story

if they did do a 2nd online game they better make it global and not jp only... oof that made me so mad XD and they better leave alchemist in it. also that old guy at harve village is an EX dragonforged i would assume he is still alive cuase rothais went on a mad killing spree but thats my guess XD

The game never says anything about ex dragonforged and I believe The oracle more the Ambrosius... Though I don't trust either of them tbh. Heck yeah for Alchemist!

what is next ...... adding in new game to make a new chracter ?

They are already working on the likes of such a feature at least for the PC version. Though personally I think this is fine the way it is. It was a deliberate design decision that makes every action count and it suits the game.
