Krillen didn’t come back after the first wish on Earth’s Dragonballs because you can’t be wished back to life twice by the same dragon. Krillen died before in the OG dragonball series.

wasnt there also some rule that you cant be wished back if you die of natural circumstances? not to spoil anything for mat and chels but didnt a certain someone die of something and couldnt be wished back for a certain event in a certain timeline lol.

@@HellBrYnger if we are talking about the same certain someone in a certain timeline, he wasn’t able to get brought back because he died before in that timeline too. Also another certain someone dies shortly after so the dragonballs wouldn’t matter anyway.

@@HellBrYnger The rule was explained in DBZ when it came to wishing back Guru, as he technically died a natural death and therefore there was the possibility that he, and therefore the dragon, couldn't be brought back, because the dragon is only supposed to bring back the ones who were killed by someone else. They used the loophole of the Invasion of Namek shortening his lifespan slightly, therefore being an indirect kill by Frieza, he only got the rest of his natural lifespan back.

Wasn’t it just shenron that can’t resurrect someone more than once. Porunga can resurrect someone as many times as it wants, but can only bring back 1 person at a time.

I've heard it hypothesized that Abridged!Goku (vaguely) remembered there being a muffin button on the ship he was sent to Earth in, which is why he was so insistent on there being one on the ship that Dr. Briefs was making for him. But since the ship was basically a carbon clone of the ships that he and Bulma studied, there actually was a muffin button installed; they just didn't realize it. (But Goku did; he was making muffins on the way to Namek, after all.) Then when he was trying to escape Namek, the first button he hit was the muffin button for Freeza's ship, which made him very happy (as you can plainly see). But there had been muffin buttons installed all along, and you can follow the breadcrumbs (muffin-crumbs?) from the beginning. So it all came full-circle.

I'd say death still shouldn't be taken lightly in Dragon Ball because Shenron, Earth's dragon, can't bring back the same person twice, and Porunga, Namek's Dragon can bring back the same person multiple times, but can only bring back one person per wish/no multi-res. Also, neither Shenron nor Porunga can bring back someone who has died of natural causes.

Well Porunga isn't held back by that rule anymore, he did bring back everyone on Earth (except the evil ones) that died after the World Tournament during the Buu arc

The rules of the dragon balls are that if a person has been brought back to life once before they cannot be brought back to life a second time at least with the Earth Dragon Balls krillin had died before by demon King Piccolo and that was in the Dragonball series so he's already died once before as did chiaotzu and master roshi the namekian dragon balls can actually bring people back more than once

Actually the rule is that Shenron can't grant the same wish twice in general, it just so happens that the "bring people back to life" is the most used wish in the series which is why the rule is most often associated with it xD

The dragon balls of Earth can't revive someone more than once. The Namek Dragon Balls can. That's why Krilin didn't come back.

The reason Krillin wasn't wished back until later is because they used the Earth dragon, Shenron, to wish back everyone killed by Freeza and his men, and Shenron can't bring back anyone who has already been wished back once before. Krillin was killed and wished back to life in the original Dragon Ball, so it happened before this series began. The Namekian dragon, Parunga, can bring back people multiple times, but only one at a time. As for Goku not coming back, I don't know what the real reason is, but even Parunga has limitations on his power. It's probably a very minor spoiler to say this, but Goku is traveling, and so I feel like maybe Goku was leaving Parunga's range to will back to the Earth when the attempt was made. It's either that or Goku is just so powerful that he can resist the power of an eternal dragon, but that's a little crazy even for Dragon Ball. I wouldn't put it outside the realm of possibility, though. Dragon Ball does a lot of crazy things.

dragon wishing 101 Earth Dragon. 1 wish. Can multi-res. Cannot bring back someone that was already wished back. Namek Dragon. 3 wishes. Cannot multi-res. Can bring back someone wished back before. So they used the earth dragon to multi-res those killed by Frieza, which means Krillin couldn't be resurrected. He died before in DB.

First of all in the original VHS version Frieza never said none of that shit so I don't like any new versions of the Dragon Ball Z Saga the new generation they don't even know what they talking about they never seen the VHS version and they probably never will but they want people to like they comments about something that's been remastered over four or five times not happening
