Actually Krillin are the strongest human being, he just got his new power boost in the filler episode. Spoiler alert! Krillin is doing some image training against one of the three de danger fox. The only reason people think that Krillin is weak because he always get beat up all the times but the reason he got beat up is he always fight villain that's a lot stronger than him. Yes he a scared cat but he is brave to run up and still fight even though he know that he will lose for sure, and I respect him. That's the Toriyama award him with android 18 and his happy life. Krillin is Goku's best friend and compared to the Saiyans humans are slot weaker. That's why tien leaves them after the cell stuff. Gohan becomes strong enough where he's not needed since he feels so outclassed. And yeah after they beat buu there is a 10 year time skip before Goku fights UUb. Right now Super is 6 years into that time skip to right now UUb is still too young. Only about 4 more years before they meet him

For all you people who think that tien is the stronger than krillin making tien the strongest human, You are not wrong.. Tien is much more powerful than Krillin. BUT the thing is, Tien is not 100% human.. He is a certain percentage of Human... In both Daizenshuu 4 and 7 (as well as the updated Chozenshuu 4), Tenshinhan is said to be a descendant of a "Three-eyed Tribe", who themselves were descendants of three-eyed aliens that came to Earth... Obviously we can't tell what his percentage is just from that, but he is not full human... And before you people come at me saying "So what if he is a percentage of human, he still has some human in him making him the strongest human!" Then I defend myself with this... Gohan, Trunks, and Goten are all 50% Human... So that would make Gohan the strongest human of all time... Don't feel too good about yourself now, do ya?

Anyway back in Z Krillin never really did anything feat wise to even compare to Tien, while Tien himself was able to hold back second form cell with his strongest technique. Something that I doubt Krillin could have done, and since then Krillin has stopped training for a while, and Tien never stopped. So I still doubt that Krillin is stronger than Tien.

MattTheGameGuy both yamcha and tien always beat krillin in sparring, I get it yamcha because he retired, but tien should be stronger tho, even the cell games and buu saga, yamcha and krillin kept sparing with each other and it was either yamcha would win or it would be a tie, ppl think that just because he is goku’s best friend he is the strongest. I think it’s just plot at this point, apparently tien has been training non stop and krillin stopped training from the cell games to the tournament of power but krillin is as strong as a super saiyan and tien is at a power level of 60 million? And yamcha is at a power level of 40 million during the cell games and then dropped to 20 million during the tournament of power, and tien and yamcha were at the same power level during the cell games, but akira toriyama only increases tien by 20 million only? Btw, Krillin is human. So are Tenshinhan and Yamcha. At least Trunks and Gohan are HALF saiyan. So as the powerful super race, they can handle fights and extended power levels. But the others are just flying flesh. The aliens pack punches.
