And this is how Batman, Spider-Man, and Iron Man would defeat Goku with prep time. Even if you’re cured of a deadly illness. Your blood will still show you that you had it. Any superhero with the knowledge of biology and viruses will undoubtedly exploit this about Goku. And it would be very dangerous for Goku to assume someone like Spider-Man wouldn’t resort to this to neutralize him.
