Bennett's buff stays on the characters for like 2 sec after leaving the circle so with Kinich abilities to 360 within few seconds you can pretty much always have Benny's buff on Kinich

while this is true, the point is that you have to deliberately practice the mechanic of swinging back and forth into his burst to maintain the ATK buff, which, as opposed to many characters, is a bit more in-the-moment skill intensive than other DPS characters require, plus, as i said, with larger enemies, this issue becomes even harder to manage, because kinich's swing radius becomes much larger

I love Kinich, also don't hit Ajaw he's hilarious dude, I find him better to be around than just Paimon cuz he's actually funny and tells ppl to kys. But Kinich was the only character in Natlan that was my most anticipated, I can't wait to get his weapon for him, I love him so much.

I wanna know if it’s at all practical to run a team similar to the Burning team, but instead of another Pyro character, you run Venti with Deepwood and just have him swirl Pyro, you have your Double Dendro DPS core with a Deepwood trigger, you have Kinich’s small AoE damage being taken full advantage of with Venti’s black hole, you can stay in Bennett’s circle for longer cause the enemies are stuck in place and Venti acts as the additional Pyro trigger Obviously this would only be optimal in AoE teams which Kinich himself isn’t optimal for but it might be a cool “For Fun” team or better yet just an overkill AoE team I mean, it’s basically just Microwave but you fire off missiles at the microwave every 3 seconds

This team with Venti is absurd with Kinich + Emilie + Bennet btw, as long as you can swirl pyro. If you are in content where Venti's ult gathers all the mobs, it is his best team by far. Venti gathering all the mobs does not make Kinich's AOE easier, as it greatly multiplies Emilie's damage, which has quadratic damage.

I think Natalan releasing more movement focused character is also to incentivize non Bennet teams. WHile it may not apply to hp scaling character or def focused one, I am quite sure they will release more fun character who needs Mauvika to function properly. Not necessarily a bad thing since I am quite bored of over using Bennet in Abyss already.

If mavuika turns out to be an off-field pyro applier ,then she would be his best inslot partner with baizhu and furina as teammates, right now only dehya ,xiangling and thoma fit this since you need off-field pyro application to keep up with furina's application but cannot provide much buffing when baizhu can have deepwood as well as thrilling tales of dragon slayer catalyst, mavuika can also give the new hero artifact buff to him.

In my current team for him. I can use 3 - 4 maximum Scalespiker Cannon. I'm using Kinich, Xingqui, Dehya and Bennett, Dehya (Deepwood set)

imo kinich is about as strong as people expected especially if you follow theorycrafters. not game-breaking but fun.

not in terms of AOE though as far as I'm aware. but obviously we might not have seen the same opinions from people hahaha, so i'm not at all jabbing your perspective. from my view though, it seemed as though there weren't many conversations happening at all about his usefulness in AOE scenarios, which are harder to calculate than single target, so it's something you can only really "test" when he's on your account being played by you but ye he's definitely strong ! I just think he's lowkey not talked about quite enough for all the mechanics at his disposal in AOE combat

technically, yes ! it'll allow him an easier time charging up his cannon shots, which generally does mean more damage per rotation :)

True in a way, but there’s also a lot of interactions his skill has with the game, as this video explains :):) it’s just interesting to note all of those interactions and put them to use in order to REALLY make the most of his damage

Everyone simply assumes mauvika is an off field Pyro applier /buffer and keep saying Bennet xiangling are not high potential teammates, it will be funny if they release mauvika as an on field dps and make xiangling and bennet as the meta teammates who don't reach the potential
