PiG played Battle Aces 1v1 with this dragonfly deck that is kind of like StarCraft 2's mutalisks. They allow him to play with versatility.

Love the idea of banking 600/600, I was using that a lot to expand/tech up with some safety whenever I know I can still match or outscale the opponent in economy/raw damage.

Dragonfly's are a perfect example of unit that is fun, but not OP at all, because they perform bad vs AA, but they have micropotential to pick off small amounts of AA units.

They are pretty op. The micro potential is insane. They snowball super hard. They also perform good vs AA if they are building any anti ground tech, because you can make so many more dragonflys than they can make aa if they aren't going pure aa, at least up until advanced tech.

I really hope the game finds a way to have more replayability. So far that is my only concern with the game, that it might get stale after a while. Really looking forward to playing it though.

I feel like around 37:20 if you held down the q button to remax with wasps you would've won that. Such a close game tho 49% vs 51% at the end :D

I'm in love with wasps, but I get caught over-making them in mid-game and just get my whole army vaporized. Are scorps that much better than wasps after 2 minutes?

yeah scorps fare much better in big fights. Wasps you need to just keep forcing small fights everywhere away from splash damage + so they can actually get surface area and not just all block each other. Eventually if the game goes late enough wasps always end up kinda bad in later fights compared to most other tier 1 units

probably not right now, though who knows maybe a hero mode would actually be really fun?
