The audience had so much fun and the guys too. And it is not entirely ZPs fault that it went sour his last years. He should have handled it better but there is a lot of strain on musicians. @@TriceraCop14 Yeah, it was drinking and also the fact that DragonForce songs are insanely hard to sing. ZP's voice wore out so they downtuned. If you notice in DragonForce's Valley Of The Damned demo, (the song) ZP was perfect. In the later demos his voice sounded worn out a bit. That's because he was new to singing this type of music. By the time they recorded the album in 2002 he was much better, then by 2006 it got worn out. Marc broke his voice in 2014 as well.

dgfjbhknml, Putting on a performance and playing a song are different things. I'm sure all the members of Dragonforce can nail this song because it's their song! However playing live is different; it's more about being energetic and appealing to the crowd than making sure every single note is the same as the studio version. A lot of bands change things here and there when they play live.

ElaborateTiger I think the only that can't do it is this singer, because that guy before him had a better voice for this song, a more... powerfull Voice, imo. People want them to play like they do on the studio, that is nearly impossible.

Trydson Marc Hudson is a great singer; people just don't like listening to him sing the old songs because they've grown used to hearing ZP sing them and the songs were also written to match ZP's voice. This happens to every band that changes vocalist. If ZP ever sung the songs in the power within and maximum overload; people would probably say that he sucks too because the songs were not written for him.

ElaborateTiger Exactly, that is the problem for Marc, that some of this songs were made for ZP voice, I don't dislike Marc, but some of the old songs, unfortunately don't sound that good on him, but some of the new songs, like you say, will not sound that good on ZP either.

None of the guitarists played that riff at that time. The left guitarist changed his grip/chord/position yes, but is in no way able to play that riff with that little movement he did. While the guitarist to the right plays rhythm and can therefore be ruled out. Questions?
