Look, we can all virtue signal and be PC... but I've lived and worked in Spain and currently live in Mexico and we can't pretend that all cultures are the same. There is a level of professionalism that suffers in these countries. It's like saying people in Mexico are always on time.. it simply isn't true. Maybe I wouldn't say 'dishonest' but I'd certainly say that it is common to experience unprofessionalism and disorganization. 'If she had explained it calmly and not generalised the whole country and ALL suppliers and explained why she hadn't found another supplier then maybe ... but it was her manner and attitude that caused the issues.
