I might have missed something, but in this game it looks only 1 scv died before the final battle. The first combat unit died at around 10:20 and the game ends 1 minute later. And yet there is plenty going on. I love this game.

What we should check is the moment speed Shuttle would have to been researched to make such an attack work and +30-40s after that. Flash is an ASL level Protoss player... and there is a good chance he's knows just off the 3rd going down that Toss doesn't have the money for such an attack for at-least 30s more.

I was just thinking about how Flash has figured out how to attack all of the Protoss midgame variations, including 2base Fast Arb/Carrier, except gatewayman, twice lost to Rich in a pair of ladder games earlier this month. And of course, here comes the rematches, and now I'm deleting paragraphs of me raving about how he's doing the most acute opens possible, because meta Terrans fell into lowest common denominator group think, so he had to push the bounds, to proof of concept all the things Terran CAN do, and optimize OUT the THREAT of those Wild-eyed Terran Theorycraft Tactics. It's like Soulkey showing he IS crazy enough to YOLO a 7-pool, or 4-Pools as you've recently used to deter forward rax wall-ins.

Pay attention to the reaver when Terran pushes. If the reaver doesn’t do work Protoss is in big trouble. This push the reaver micro wasn’t on point, Terran can basically a-move if the reaver doesn’t carry.

I think best move protoss could have done is dave whole army and move around with the it and attack flash base and stop reinforce Goliaths. Sure he lose 1 mining base but so would terran. And with like 4 carriers he would get the terran army out sense there would be no anti sig defending the tanks.
