Sick car man. I’ve got high hopes for mine. Been building it forever. Got a few ground wires to add, put my new MAF in her and she’s going on the dyno. I’m nervous as hell for it lol. A lot of money into it. Hopefully stays together on the dyno lol. Gonna spin her to the moon with the cams I got in it now and oil pump gears.

Curious why you didn’t like your VMP blower too. I’ve only owned this Kenne B blower. Everyone around my area just preaches the VMP is the way to go. There’s no blower RPM limit compared to the other big guys out there. Gen3R compared to Whipple’s latest 2.9 would be awesome

While I technically owned the TVS2650, I never mounted it. Sold it brand new in box for the Whipple. They make great stuff, but as of recently with the MFP issue, I think others will stray from VMP

Oh shit I haven’t heard anything about that. I have a buddy who’s KB 2.8 blew. Had to buy an expensive as hell rebuild kit for it. Now VMP is having issues (haven’t personally heard anything about that) but I’ve never heard of a single issue with whipples.

@@kylespirk306 the twin screws need rebuilt alot more often than a tvs. I've heard as much as 20-40k depending on how hard you run it etc. Nobody ever discusses this when comparing them. A tvs can go over 100k easily without needing a rebuild. The gen3r blowers are very very solid blowers.

I have a 03...640 rwhp with the tune in it..but 4:10 gears..@70 mph fuel mileage is very good..100 mi to a 1/4 tank..but when you hammer on it from 70 to 140 in 5th..it’s there now, 4th is even quicker...🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wide open throttle in 5th is not good for these cars, and neither are 4:10 gears. Not only does it cut down on mph in 4th but you're basically spinning your power away on the lower gears.

Not bad, Cobras are heavy so that doesn’t help, Thought for sure it’d be closer to the 5.5 second mark with that power. Low 6’s for sure if you were quicker on the shift. Hella fun to drive tho I’m sure

Yeah the 6.8 is "decent". But, bear in mind E90 makes 130 more whp. Plus, I'm losing a good chunk on the 3-4 with me just not shifting this car very well

I’m sure I’m missing some shit. FOR SALE! Goes on the dyno next week. Mainly want to see what I can get out of it with the Kenne.Bell before the Gen3R goes on it. Car is built to handle well over 1000hp.
