What's mini gyser?
@sparkyheberling61158 ай бұрын
@@deepakk1347 In nature, a geyser is an underground hot spring that intermittently erupts, sending a column of boiling water up out of the ground. That is not what happens in your sink, of course; I used geyser as a metaphor. After using chemical drain cleaner, you need to flush the pipes with plain water. However, adding water to a concentrated base can cause it to boil violently and shoot dangerous chemicals up from the drain. Stay well back at all times, and consider wearing safety glasses.

@esomethingoranother37186 ай бұрын
@@KIKI4444just a lil 🤏. Too much bleach or other bacterial killers like alcohol or peroxide will take the mildew that's collected along the sides of your drain and push it deeper until it clumps up into a ball and creates a clog deep past the trap. Then you will need to call a plumber to come in with a router to snake thru everything. The good thing is that no matter how old the building you live in is that under the sink in the vanity you have access to the PVC trap. A lot of times you can get an idea of what's going on by starting there. Unscrew the *U* shaped fitting with a bucket underneath (some water will immediately come out). Then clean it out and look for any obstructions there. After that you can put 1-2 blue bio- enzymatic sani sticks in the trap and run the water nice and slow for awhile. They're great because 1. They're cheap ($5-$10 a pack). 2. They slowly disintegrate mildew. 3. They're not too hard on old metal sewage pipes (typically deeper past PVC behind/underneath walls), or too hard on the glue/primer used to connect PVC like other chemical cleaners.
