I tried this method and I still have a problem with the valve. loses oil over time. I think that the teflon gaskets (look like pieces of blue plastic) are too worn. is it possible to order only those gaskets instead of the whole valve? if yes, please contact me.

Unfortunately you would have to replace the whole valve which can be ordered separately from the actuator. Sometimes the seal will get damaged enough that the valve has to be replaced as you have found.
