I must say, I love the interaction with your clients, I'm going to borrow that from you. (I'm in the Caribbean) I do drain cleaning as well but I use a Zip Zip flexshaft machine over my jetter both are very efficient and effective. But for me the flexshaft is easier to set up and pack up. But you do a great job.

When you were jetting at the location of the clog at 16:00, there was water spraying out from the ground about a foot up. You didn't mention it. Is that a break in the pipe that could lead to or be the cause of root intrusion?

In our household in the State of Florida, we never flush toilet paper down the drain. All Toilet Paper goes into the bathroom waste basket...never flushed down the drain. I've traveled to Australia at least 10 times and I can't remember if they allowed TP down the drain...most hotels restricted TP to a trash can...but not all.
