There is one, unfortunately, it's always under pressure and they can't afford the work stoppage from a fountain of poo like happened in this video.

@@lorzon they could very easily temporarily add a extra chunk of pipe and a cap in the area where they have the current access point for quicker and easier jetting. And would eliminate the large hole which is a hazard to non observant pedestrians. Heck if they did that they could send someone to that spot once a week with a garden hose to help flush the lower part of the pipe where things are getting hung up. It’s not ideal but it does work. Though digging up and replacing the broken bit would fix the issue though. I would still run a few extra gallons of water through weekly due to the length of the pipe. Ounce of prevention, pound of cure bit!
