Drainage with a Rabaud drainer!
This is our first time draining! We are putting in drains at a depth of 80-90cm at 30 metres apart. If this works we will put in some more at 15 metres apart.
This field has a high clay content and always lies wet, so by draining it, it will remove the excess water to help the crops over winter.
