I think I could cope with the smell from a blocked Gary Glitter than having to deal with grease traps in the heat. Also, I don't see too many crawlies and spiders when you are going about your business, I have family in Australia and when my mum went to visit she was terrified by what she saw. 15:28 and as I was texting a big roach made an appearance. I have never been more emotionally invested in a grease trap in my life. When those stalagmites came out towards the end, I was cheering out loud. This was the best 30 minutes of television I've ever watched. It's like watching American politics, but at the end, something is actually fixed! Bruce so over 3 hrs I bet the restaurant got a big bill, but on the flipside they have a clear drain that the previous plumber missed. Love the commentary and content I was with you all the way to the end, Question is your pressure washer a hot or cold set-up? Also besides the top up tank do you have a 60 gallon tank in the van so- that you could go longer?

As someone who has worked in food places in Australia, I dont feel bad for the owners, I have seen owners tip all kinds of crap down the sink all the time, especially bacon fat and rice, alot of the owners are immigrants and don't understand certain things shouldn't go down the sink

Right, possibly silly question, but when you're dealing with drains stopped up with grease like this one, I've often wondered if one of those hot water pressure washers would make easier work of it? It seems to me that the hot water would help loosen it up and send it down the pipe better, like it does with grease and oil on a machine.

@@thims1961 The hot water pressure washers I'm familiar with have natural gas or LPG fueled burners that heat up the water before sending it out to to the gun.

What a STUBORN drain. Personally I am fine with the 30min videos but I wouldn't be too keen on getting much longer. I saw some of the other drain channels do like 1 hour or hour and a half videos and that did not interest me. What a treat though! The grease trap videos are always the most satisfying, I don’t know, but they are. I’m thinking if they run the restaurant on the same low flow as the tap you’re using, Bruce, it makes sense that the grease builds up in the pipes like that. It’s got nothing to carry it through to the grease trap.
